"Losing my wedding ring was an incredibly upsetting experience for me. Nicole at State Farm was amazing and helped me navigate the claims process. While I wanted my original ring instead of a copy, their support was a great comfort at this time. When I unexpectedly found my ring a month later, I was over the moon!

My claim was made in good faith, it was important to me to return the money once I found the ring. I even had the pleasure of letting Nicole know I’d found my ring again! Being unfamiliar with what to do next, I called the claims service where I was told I would need to send them my ring then buy it back at auction. My heart dropped, did I find my ring only to lose it again? I called Nicole in a panic and she came through once more. Together, we navigated the process to add my ring back to the policy and square up my original claim without me needing to send my ring away.
