"We had been loyal customers with State Farm for a long time. Unfortunately, after a claim, we had to switch to a different insurance company. Recently, we decided to come back to State Farm, and Nicole made the transition very easy. She was phenomenal with her responsiveness and assistance and explained everything with clarity. Her professionalism was outstanding, and we are happy to be back. We have several policies, and she was able to save us a lot of money in comparison with other insurance companies.
